Where are the repercussions though? I'm not sure laws mean anything anymore... other than being a tool of oppression of course.

I think the world has to sanction the US. The mechinisms to prevent and punish whats going on from within have failed. The rest of the world has to stand up and say No.

But it's spreading fast to other countries too.

I think we're beyond the point of sanctioning the US being effective. We have carrier groups all over the world. If the regime wanted it? They can get more.

Right now, nothing, because his party controls both houses in Congress.

I'm the future, the potential for consequences does exist, but who knows if we'll see them

American admin war crimes don't get punished by either party.
