Glasses and eyewear

Separate glasses are a pain in the ass but the only fashionable option. Clip on are for grannies and nerds, and you don’t see handsome people wearing Transitions that often. I have a separate pair and only forget them sometimes. Like the keys-phone-wallet check before you leave a place, you add glasses.

Your clear glasses almost certainly have UV protection btw. If they don’t, your optician is shitty.
