Production, getting the parts, keeping the factories safe. Yes, it is hurting russia. I agree with you about Europe and the Shah or the fact sanctions against Iran were unjustified from the get go, they should have stayed back and just made proper inspections. Most of NATO has told Trump to fuck off and will not help with the war, same place the the majority of the funding is coming from, just not Murika.
