Are there any alternative app stores that do list them? I might just go to apkpure to side load, but it's annoying these often-recommended browsers aren't available there.

Alternatively, are there any browsers preexisting in F-Droid any of you recommend?

Just got a phone and just installed lineage OS.

I use ironfox. No problems except the normal "too much security problems" and yh6ose are fixed with whitelists

Can someone help me understand why I have to add the custom Ironfox repo to F-Droid to be able to install Ironfox on my phone? Why can't they just publish to F-Droid like everyone else does?

Edit: went to the gitlab page which had a link to F-Droid which shows you to add repository and then download. A couple steps but super easy of anyone is looking! Ironfox says based on Mull browser.
