I actually do believe it was intentional.

I don't think it was a mistake. I think they thought they could control news coming out and we wouldn't find out.

Just like all the other times the US has been doing similar atrocities.

Even Google maps showed accurately where the school was.

Do they expect us to believe they didn't?

They know what my last Amazon order was. They probably know if my bowels are regular or not.

They knew. It was intentional.

They denied it first. And then when that wasn't sticking, they decided to blame it on something to remove their accountability. How convenient.

"I didn't rape the 7 yr old kid. ..oh there is a video. Well. Okay but she was dressed sexy and I didn't know her age".

Here is some circumstantial evidence. But evidence just the same. https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/d0ebc897-83bb-4757-bfdb-7d0694b3483e.png

The fault in your argument is there is just no plus side to bombing that school. There is only negatives and no positives.

I believe it was just incompetence.

The building, the school was in, used to be part of the adjacent compound and a valid target.

But the problem is, it hasn't been a target for years.

It was probably part of an old target list and this administration was so stupid, arrogant, and incompetent, that they did zero preparation, and just said, "Lets attack." and pulled all the old, un-vetted data out and acted on it.

AI or not, they bombed unverified targets.

They killed so many kids, with a single bomb, that Trump finally managed to outdo his personal record of child victims.

Fuck him, Hegseth, and every fucking American nationalist that voted for him.

Plus saying they intended to do it gives them WAY too much credit.

They used that as an excuse. They want to cause pain to the Iranians. They wanted to provoke a response to justify their actions.

Since when do they give a single fuck about kids?

They wanted Iranians to attack U.S citizens.

Trump and hegseth, not unlike Israeli government, don't see others as human. They target areas to do the most damage.

Trump will use any excuse of iranian terrorism to control elections and anything else. And of course. Declare emergency powers.

You ask, why kids?

I ask, why Iran. ?

It's the same answer.

There's no plus side that you see. But to a US military led by far right zealots, opening a war by slaughtering hundreds of children is both a psychological gut punch to your victim nation and a dopamine hit for your sadistic brain. Plus it generates future terrorists, which justify maintaining a culture of fear back home.

It was absolutely intentional.
