Theres a lot of liberals out there. I dunno. I don't think I'm the target market.
Liberals are decidedly not the target audience for Hasan.
Well, maybe it's more accurate to say that liberals willing to be educated and move to the left are a small part of Hasan's target audience.
I'd say he is targeting people just to the left of liberal and intends to bring them to the left wing of the DSA. His content is handy to recommend to people ibknow who are just left of liberal, so he can do the work of moving them more solidly into the left for me.
I follow his content because I want to vet it before I suggest it to someone, and sometimes because I can passively ingest the left-internet content of the day since he is browsing most of the same stuff that's on here. It's pretty rare I pull a take from him, 90% of the time hes saying something ive already said out loud to somebody (or sometimes something I just don't agree with).
Sure they are, look how many people on this website can't shut the fuck up about him
