Approximately 20 million barrels traveled through the strait of Hormuz before the war. Even if the conditions allowed for half of that number to go through now, we are pretty much burning though that stockpile in 40 days. The clock is ticking. Things will be completely uncontrollable in a month long war.

maybe this is the closest thing to a timeline we have before iran decides to re-engage the us at peace talks.

either that or it's a timeline for when the isrealis will use a nuke on them.

Exactly, and once the reserves run dry there's not going to be an easy way to refill them after either.
