Words mean what society wants them to mean, and if society insists on misusing them, they become meaningless.
That's to say fuck that, go pollute the semantics around state propaganda. Fox news is a terrorist organization.
I remember reading a while back that when Reagan was trying to define terrorism that he was originally presented with a definition that would also hold states accountable. He told them to go back and change it to ensure states could not be defined as terrorists.
Well, you are free to undo Reagan's wishes.
If society insists on it being something other than what it was originally, it is not meaningless. It just means the meaning has changed.
