What is it with the "Iran has killed thousands of protestors" atrocity propaganda? (hexbear.net)

I'd first like to state for the record that I do not believe it, but at the same time, I've seen very, very little discussion of these claims from both the few times I've browsed the news mega (which, to be fair, I haven't done a lot of and I need to do more of) and from using the search bar.

I am curious about this, but the combination of brain fog, trying to sort through the muddled, tangled mess that is the output of most modern search engines, and just a sort of unwillingness to entertain the constant stream of western sources has left me with almost nothing.

I know very little about it, and I want to be better equipped to deal with these claims I know are most likely at bare minimum highly exaggerated.

Yeah, there is definitely extreme hypocrisy with these claims. Amerikkka and it's allies retain the title of the Great Satan.
