Many years ago, G.W.Bush was trolled by Rick Mercer, about Canadian prime-minister "Jean Putine", when the ACTUAL PM was Jean Cretien.
Putine's a frenchfries+cheese-curds+gravy dish, popular in Quebec.
He was banned from reentering the US, for that.
With Trump, you could probably expect to be arrested, at-least deported, but maybe just "died in custody", you know?

He trolled all kinds of random Americans, but was criticized for seeking out ignorant Americans, so he went to Harvard Square, talked to Harvard Professors with the same results.
One of my favourite parts was when he got people to congratulate Canada on legalizing the stapler
