Depends on which part you're asking about. No, Canada didn't need to legalize the stapler, yes Rick Mercer trolled Americans by asking them to congratulate Canada on it

Ha ha , that's the thing, if I said the president just said they were launching an expedition to the sun to retaliate for solar flares, you couldn't discount it without checking.

The dumbest timeline. Many of us knew fascism would come in our lifetimes to seize power, I for one didn't realize just how dumb our leaders would be in doing so. Like it's embarrassing. We could do better no? Waited this long for a strong man, and this is who we go with? Jesus fucking Christ.
