When did it become the responsibility of technology to parent a child?
When they decided "protect the kids" was a good enough excuse to ramp up the surveillance state.
Apparently soon after it became the neglected responsibility of adults to parent billionaires.
Who is behind it? The whole world collectively decided to start pushing it. So what big money is behind it? It doesn't seem organic.
