This was only happening when users linked their discord accounts to arc raiders. According to the arc raiders this info was in the enabled logging by default from the discord social SDK
It sounds like other games and applications using the Discord Social SDK as you call it would also have the logging enabled by default. Setting that as the default feels like the issue here and including this info in the logs as an option is another.
There's a bit of shared responsibility and negligence we can condemn here, but those are what I'd point to as the main causes.
