Now if you look at my proposal:
line bypassing the entire straight of oman At 50m elevation change it is inline with the Panama Canal or the Canal of Corinth and a length below 600km it should be easy doable.

Panama Canal has a natural lake to feed water to the canal locks. Where are you going to get a sufficient water supply for the 50m of elevation in this proposal?

Im sure 2 nation that export lots of fossil fuels will find the energy to pump up ocean water. Nothing could possibly go wrong when pumping salt water inland.
