Fun little fact, several underground detonations were carried out in gas fields as an early attempt at fracking. The result was a giant cavity full of radioactively contaminated methane, that didn't even link up to the other two giant cavities full of radioactively contaminated methane.

Overall, massive failure all around. But the fun fact is that areas where those nuclear fracking tests occurred were the same areas where the first mysterious cattle mutilations were reported.

As a further note, local farmers, ranchers, and police were not told about the fracking tests, or the radioactive methane below their feet. Also, the cattle that were mutilated were missing lymph nodes, which could theoretically be tested in a lab for certain radiation based cancers.

Finally, the guy who did the initial investigations on the mutilations was best friends with a member of Air Force Office of Special Investigations who had been actively lying to a very smart yet gullible man, telling him that the strange aircraft and mysterious signals he was getting from the Air Force base across the street was in fact, aliens and not super classified aircraft and weapon systems tests.

I had heard of cow mutilations as part of tracking prion diseases but this is an interesting version

Part One: How The U.S. Government Used Aliens To Destroy a Man's Mind | BEHIND THE BASTARDS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8F1HnpeQTo

and

Part Two: How The U.S. Government Used Aliens To Destroy a Man's Mind https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cD5WETr_DA

It tells the whole story, and yeah, some of the loudest voices in the UFO movement, were literally paid by the US government to lie, saying that top secret weapons tests were actually aliens.

OH that's the same story. I think I watched part 1 of that a while ago. It would seem to me the answer is in El Dorado. Both.

I don't believe Lazar is an acting prodigy who devoted his to an elaborate charade but I'm also certain many of these psyops are real. Mixing lies and truth in creative ways to specific ends is what some of these spooks live for.

I mean, it's not hard to keep telling the same sorts of lies for years when people keep paying you to do so.

I'm not talking about the government here, the UFO community is happy to support a number of conmen and fake experts.

An onion of intellectually lazy assumptions.

I'm not gonna hold your hand through the logistical challenges that would be orchestrating Bob Lazar's life instead here's a body language expert watching his original reel: https://youtube.com/watch?v=DOj_BMFLhrk

I've watched a couple other interviews with Lazar, if he's lying he's better at it than Leonardo DiCaprio. And to seemingly no positive end.

[–] chaogomu@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Of course a "body language expert" is your proof.

I almost died laughing when I saw it.

It's conmen all the way down. It's what they do. They reference each other in a web of "legitimacy".

Back to lazy verbal masturbation. You poor headline monkeys are so depressingly dense. Come one kid, challenge your preconceived notions and think... Or not, you were never going to do anything of any consequence anyway so nothing changes to the world either way.

Show me some form of proof other than some guy on youtube lying about how another guy isn't lying.

"Dr G" makes it his life's work to tell stories to gullible people.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9037296/ <- This right here is why I'm sure of this. People are just not good at detecting lies, even "trained" experts. People who claim to be good at detecting lies are deluding themselves or tying to sell you something.

Let's just talk about Bob Lazar. Not his UFO claims, but his education claims.

Lazar claims to have obtained master's degrees in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and in electronics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). However, both universities show no record of him.[1][3] Scientists Stanton T. Friedman and Donald R. Prothero have stated that nobody with Lazar's high school performance record would be accepted by either institution.[1][4] Lazar is unable to supply the names of any lecturers or fellow students from his alleged tenures at MIT and Caltech; one supposed Caltech professor, William Duxler, was in fact located at Pierce Junior College and had never taught at Caltech.[1][5] Friedman asserted, "Quite obviously, if one can go to MIT, one doesn't go to Pierce. Lazar was at Pierce at the very same time he was supposedly at MIT more than 2,500 miles away."[1]

Is it shocking that a man who has been documented lying and trying to con people since the early 80s would just keep doing that?

Trump can practice for when he destroys Mt Rushmore.

Polymarket took that bet down already, you don't have to keep advocating for it
