Anyone skip to the middle of a song to check and see if it “gets better?”
Only if the intro is really minimal and I don't know anything else about the band (sometimes, if I know they are capable of bangers, I'll let it slide in the name of atmosphere). Otherwise I try and give a new track until the first chorus before I move on.
