π Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, announced that the Israeli government has carried out a preemptive strike against Iran "to eliminate threats against the State of Israel."
Katz declared a special state of emergency across the country and warned that missile and drone attacks against Israel and its civilian population are expected soon.
Instructions from the Home Front Command must be followed, and people should remain in protected locations.

Iran will target Israeli nuclear site of Dimona if Israel and the U.S. seek regime change, the Iranian semi-official ISNA news agency reported, citing an Iranian military official said.
They've stated multiple, multiple, multiple times they seek regime change. They killed the supreme leader, they've said they did that to remove the regime. So go ahead. It's the whole purpose of this war, they've never hidden it.
Iran is wary of the fact that Israel has nukes. It only takes one to end the war. And Israel is too insane to not launch it. The government of Israel is filled with complete fanatics.
I just hope Iran is building a dirty bomb with their enriched uranium. Fine, they won't get a clean nuke anytime soon, but then if they get nuked, they have to respond with a dirty bomb that renders Jerusalem or something uninhabitable for a thousand years.
Then don't make threats you're not prepared to act on.
Don't draw red lines then let the enemy cross them or the enemy will never take you seriously. The very fact they're already attacking you in such a massive operation and seeking regime change shows the time for deterrence by words is long gone and the time for deterrence by deeds has arrived.
My brother in Christ it's information warfare. You say whatever you need to to minimise harm to yourself while also ensuring you don't do shit that turns the world on you and makes the unhinged lunatics even worse.
If Iran attacks a nuclear power plant, it's going to very likely get nuked, and irrespective of what anyone here thinks, that will be the end of the war with a decisive loss for Iran. No exceptions.
But at the same time, Iran needs to get the message across that their last laugh would be making Israel as uninhabitable as possible.
War isn't the time to get into emotions. You do whatever is necessary to win on top of minimising your losses. Iran is in for the long run. A war of attrition is the best approach for Iran.

Okay? Target it then.

Not Jerusalem, that city is too religiously important. Any of the other Israeli cities are fair game though.
Any other city can be remade again, probably elsewhere.
Jerusalem can't. Once Jerusalem is ruined, it's a major blow to the evangelicals and the Zionists.
