That has to be harder after they armed and then betrayed the Kurds in Syria, right?
I would think so, but ze_squirrel thinks they’re just mercenaries.
Their leaders are highly likely compromised but they have a lot of useful idiots under them.
Not the first time, and the Kurds always came back for more.
Yeah this keeps happening since at least since the first Gulf War, when Bush Sr. encouraged them to rebel, telling them the US had their backs, but then did nothing and allowed Hussein’s forces to mow them down from helicopters.

If I were the Kurds I’d simply take the arms and then just keep them without trying to launch an uprising in Iran.
