Saudi Arabia and Iran. With russia coming in 3rd. Assuming SA rolls over for america how long can china live on russian oil and some kind of coal to oil process? No idea.

Venezuala is way down the list.

Issue is Venezuela operated shadow fleets that constantly switched their flags, we have no clue their real world impact.

That said, it's not an excuse and we shouldn't even care for Taiwan, we only do because of semiconductors.
