She was in real prison for a while before she got moved to rancho relaxo though, probably had pretty cushy run there, pedos normally get stabbed quite a lot which she seems to have avoided ..

Maxwell was implicated directly in witness/victim testimonies, and her being brought to trial/sued contributed to the collecting of the files themselves.

She was publically-embroiled to the point I had thought she was actually arrested first, until your comment led me to look-into it again.

TL;DR: Ghislaine doesn't count.
