Today is day 2 of using the nicotine spray.

Have cut vaping down by 90%. It used to be pretty much non stop.

I've used it a handful of times today. My lungs are starting to clear because I'm coughing up a little bit if crap.

I've been smoking 26 years.

I'm a bit like Force, I started with the spray and moved to the lozenges. I really liked the spray and used it for about 4 years before I switched to the lozenges. I can't see myself giving up the lozenges any time soon but the way I see it, anything is better than smoking or vaping and I'm happy for myself, because I was really badly addicted. I gave up and then started again and quit again about 10 years ago. I'd had about a dozen attempts prior to that, and I smoked both ciggies and weed for over 20 years.

Nice one ! That's a big deal

right on, that's really positive. it took me at least 7 or 8 tries to quit (smoked for 15 years, at least a pack a day for most of it, but rolled my own so who knows really...), but it stuck on the last try and i haven't smoked for 15 years. don't beat yourself up too much about the cravings or if you slip at all, just give it another try, it'll stick. those a-hole-assclowns really make that shit fucking addictive

you will cough because you are not getting as much nicotine directly in your lungs and nicotine stops the little cilia in your bronchioles from moving gunk out, so now they are moving again , this is good even if it is uncomfortable at first

and so many hugs and happy dances, smoking is such a hard habit to quit ๐Ÿ†

I use the lozenges. I've tried the spray and found it too easy to give myself an extra spray (or two), and I felt it gave me a bit of heartburn too. I haven't smoked since in like 5 years or so (aside from very seldom cigarettes bummed off people when I'm out drinking), but I can't see myself quitting lozenges any time soon honestly, but I'm okay with that.
