You do know that if a woman gets pregnant the amount of complications that can lead to death without abortion are not 0 right? So yes, rape can 100% be fatal.
So rape by a sterilized man or one wearing a condom, or of a non-fertile woman, is a lesser crime.
What about non-fatal cannibalism, say the surgical removal of a limb? How does that compare to rape by a fertile man against a fertile woman?
These are terrible arguments you are making. Not just in theme, but in logic. Your red herring and followimg assertions are in poor taste, and the more assumptions you add, the weak argument only becomes weaker.
