Sorry, I'm getting a bit ahead of myself.
Was there a definitive moment in World War 2 when contemporary historians were like "fuck it, it's a world war now?"
I mean yeah, sure, Germany invading Poland. But its not like that came out of nowhere. Shit was brewing all over Eurasia for nearly a decade prior.
