KY is a maybe for me. They do still have Gov Beshear.

I don't know who is overseer of the voter rolls there, so if they can safely ignore the Gov or not and keep their job, I couldn't say.

KY always gets played as a redneck state, but they also repeatedly slapped down Kim Davis from denying all those same sex marriages, so they're not monolithic.

beshear is only there because the gop allows it, because of the previous gov who was a republican fucked up the state so bad they needed a democrat as shield. we will see if he resists, or when the gop will try to ovveride him.
