i suspect OKLA, kentucky, and wv will give the voter rolls, seeing as how these are RED states.

KY is a maybe for me. They do still have Gov Beshear.

I don't know who is overseer of the voter rolls there, so if they can safely ignore the Gov or not and keep their job, I couldn't say.

KY always gets played as a redneck state, but they also repeatedly slapped down Kim Davis from denying all those same sex marriages, so they're not monolithic.
