The picture is part of a mural in the family section in some swiss trains. It pictures persons and animals doing typical swiss things. I believe it was human illustrated though.

Perfectly normal sitting underwater with no breathing apparatus, just watchin' an octopus approach. Actually maybe the artist intentionally put them underwater with an octopus. That man had too many arms. Like an octopus.
