The rightmost panel is Sarada, who is apparently 12 in this iteration (I thought she was a little older than that, honestly), and the tsundere guy who's naked in the back of the crowd of other naked men presenting themselves to her is Sasuke, her father.
That's fucking horrifying.
Unrelated though the Naruto Hinata joint attack is kind of sweet.
I agree. A lot of those team attacks that are great for various reasons, both for being well-animated and having entertaining points of characterization.

Most of the Leaf Village cast (and many besides) have kids because that's the premise for the "good guy" side of the Boruto cast.
