I didn't mean to condescend to you and I'm sorry if I did. I don't think I'm going to be able to reply to you further in this discussion without hurting you and myself more. This is a difficult and traumatic topic for everyone involved and I don't want to keep triggering those issues for both you and myself when I don't feel we're going to resolve this with this conversation.
You have been more than polite, fair, and patient in your discussion here. Thank you for all of your input, because I really appreciate it.
Sadly, there doesn't seem to be any further point in talking to CyborgMarx about this issue. I even continued my own conversation with them into private messages, taking care to be kind and respectful, but I've just been stonewalled with a complete refusal to engage in good faith. I had hoped that reasonable discussion and a day to think would have helped, but it hasn't. For my own mental health I'm going to disengage from them entirely.
