Kikkoman is the authoritarian's soy sauce, telling me to only use their soy sauce in the bottle. I refill with China Lily just to spite them, and it's the better soy sauce anyway.
They just don't want some restaurant to fill a Kikkoman bottle with, I don't know, motor oil and then have people complaining about how awful their soy sauce is.
My Kikkoman bottle is currently full of Lee Kum Kee.
