Nothing wrong with enjoying sleep, no need to worry just make sure that
I don’t mean to be flippant but maybe there’s an underlying medical issue. Can you get to a doctor to run some tests?
Thats kind of my point. I would be toally fine if I just slept 9-10 h on the regular but sometimes I legit am in bed for longer than 12h+ and that is when It gets "worrysome".
Mind you I had a similar phase a couple of years ago that normalized after a while.
Yeah, my first reaction was that these phases come and go.
There have been periods in my life in which I’d sleep 9 hours a day and not feel rested. I sleep around 6.5 nowadays and feel ‘normal’. When I was on Mirtzapene, an antidepressant, I’d sleep around 12 hours a day.
If you’re genuinely sleep 19 hours, I think you should check in with a doctor.
