i am [just as stupid as you are, but because of contingencies of my birth and a system of unjustified economic distributions, which i will not ever attempt to address or ameliorate, i eat at French Laundry all the time while you can't afford basic medical care or housing.]

who is this for? absolutely humiliating.

Oh god, I hate this place, and "California cuisine". It's like they looked at New York bodegas, and thought to themselves: "Hey, we can make up a name for something literally every city on the planet has, and call it unique to our culture, too!"
