Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

Same as my first loaf. Dense boi.

Learned from it.

My father made his first loaf of banana bread ages ago... It was so dense you had to get into it with a serrated steak knife.
