Don't worry guys, we'll have computers as a service in the future. Why own a computer when you can pay a $300/m subscription to access one in the magic cloud on your thin client which is the only thing you can afford. Modern problem require modern solutions of course

I'd argue that's largely where we are already. Most people are using cloud services for practically everything.
