Zurzeit bin ich nicht in der Lage mich vernünftig zu ernähren.
Was esst ihr denn so, wenn ihr nicht kochen wollt oder könnt? Also quasi eure 0-Aufwand-Gerichte?

Bei mir ist es meist ein Joghurt mit ein paar Haferflocken und/oder Weizenkeime.

Ich hatte Quark da und hab mir das gerade mal zum Frühstück gemacht und du hast recht, es schmeckt echt wie Ayran!
Nur das mit der richtigen Salzmenge muss ich noch etwas üben :D
