I imagine he is referring to the fact that Muslim people consider dogs to be ritually unclean. Therefore, if this chucklefuck had to choose between Muslim people and dogs, he would choose dogs.
Like, as pets? As members of society? What role does he imagine these two groups are interchangeable in where there'd ever be a choice to make?
It's a dog whistle (more of a bullhorn tbh). He's trying to say Muslims are less than dogs. Obviously a disgusting statement
In the imaginations of every conservative, the brown man from abroad is here to enact sharia law by replacing the white christian population.
Never mind the fact that this kind of strategy would take generations to actually have any noticeable impact on the demographics of America, and we would all be long dead by then.
But they like to think that it's happening right now, because victimhood is the only thing that ever seems to turn conservatives out to the polls.
It's just hate for non-whites, it's that simple, it's never been more complicated than that.
