So, out of context (time) given the missing dates? I’d read it as Democrat damning a pedo and a Repub yelling about it because it’s Trump.

Anna Paulina Luna is a (usually nuts, as is now standard) Republican, so it's def about something other than Trump.
Her tweet is from like Feb 13th apparently. Maybe she was referring to Ghislaine Maxwell wanting clemency in exchange for providing info? Not really sure tbh.
