I'm looking up recipes already. ๐Ÿฅฐ Will have to get lactose free ingredients but that's not a problem. We have such good food here in Oz , we are so lucky. Will do the whole recipe from scratch, no cheating. Will even grate nutmeg and use mexican vanilla. ๐Ÿ‘

Protip : add a smol pinch of mace to the grated nutmeg. Deepens the flavour and adds immense complexity. Mace is almost forgotten as a spice and it shouldn't be. It's wonderful when used with discretion. Sweet dishes in particular are perfect with it. But the real virtue is including some in a curry powder/paste. That is revelatory.
