Go to any 5 star hotel, or a restaurant that charges $300+ a plate, or to your nearest country club or yacht club or private golf course. Pick a random person that looks like they're just bored and not there to celebrate something.
There. Easy. The odds of you picking some rich asshole just shot up exponentially. Pick the right place, and it's almost guaranteed that's who a random person there would be.
Or just eat anyone that associates/trusts in the IDF.
