How do you get it in the concrete mix though?
One paper bag toss it in the mixer. In fact if the truck is unattended you can grab the sugar bag which they keep in the cabin for this purpose. A wasted batch is cheaper than a ruined truck.
Sometimes people have just.... Tossed a few bags whole into cement mixing trucks. Kind of difficult to explain if you get questioned at a construction site with a trunk full of bags of sugar tho
honestly it cant be that hard to just get a hi vis shirt and grab a hard hat so you look like you work there and dump it in when no one is looking. there are so many people on job sites and so much going on

Heavy bags of shit is heavy bags of shit. Flour, dugar, wheat, concrete, sand.
They all tend to look pretty similar. Especially whem crap's dusty.
