Just smashed half a kilo of frozen chips from the air fryer and I'm still hungry lol
Try some avocado on wholemeal toast. Good fats, carbs, and surprisingly avocado has lots of fibre in it so you get a good dose of that too. Follow up with a piece of fruit, because you donβt want scurvy either!
