Not that it makes a difference to the point being made, but it wasn't that long ago that the same set of RAM was about $100.
Also, I can't find ANYTHING half decent second hand around my area or at the dump because they all "know what they have" and try to sell stuff used for more than it can be bought new.
The RAM to fill a 2016-born box I just bought for $600, will be $1600 for used, if I can get it fast enough. I feel ya.
