I distinctly remember, in the late 90s, when talk radio was really taking off, sitting at my desk at my proofreading job for the data entry clerks at an HMO listening to the Mancow show (yeah lol) and hearing about how Clinton was going to get FEMA to build all these camps and declare martial law and round up the Republicans, it was all over those talk radio shows.. well... look who's building the fucking camps now, et tu?

I mean they have been ramping up since the hanging chads thing. It made them realize how they could win elections by disenfranchising voters.

Well, their timing couldn't be worse, the world is on the verge of many major technological shifts and we're going all in with the dinosaurs. I don't know how people can't see how that's incredibly short sighted but then I think I've made my entire life way too difficult by giving people too much credit idk.

It was a projection for the plans they already had - they just didn’t want anyone else to implement them first.
