Ok, temperatures are in the low single Fahrenheit digits now here too, how do you get from there, and fighting, to getting your dick stuck on the sidewalk?

If your dick was wet, and you put it on metal, it could freeze to it, just like putting your tongue on metal when it's cold. I really don't see how fighting could lead to this outcome here.
