Admins own the server and they definitely can if they want to.

That would be Reddit admins just passing info over to the DHS, not the DHS hacking Reddit itself and gaining access. I thought we were discussing the latter, but I may be wrong.

No, it doesn’t but backdoor access includes direct messages and registration information.
