Bit idea: create an economic system so cruel to workers that the only way to avoid 80 hour weeks for starvation wages is a college degree. Then make it so to get that degree kids who grew up watching YouTube have to take masterpieces of western literature so they can get a BA in economics and feed themselves. Then go to the newspaper and write an article about how kids aren't reading their Plato and isn't it such a shame.

Also, make it crushingly expensive. You know, just to dab on them a little
