AFAIK the intended part of this bit is for people to google him, see he's a pro-China billionaire who gave PSL and their front orgs $40m, and think that's bad.

There have always been class traitors. Like Engels, for instance.
Bolsheviks literally got donations from Savva Morozov - a factory owner, so Lenin wouldn't be surprised at all.
Isn't a plurality of Americans pro China at this point. Libs that might fall for this don't necessarily hate billionaires, they like Mark Cuban for instance. And most of them are saying "I trust China with my data more than the USA" when it comes to the TikTok sale.
The target audience of this infographic is definitely the kind of radlib that is extremely proud of how "informed" they are about China's authoritarianism and feels a sense of smug moral superiority over the other kind of lib/generally-left-wing people who feel that way about China.
