Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Nothing in there says the President can’t have protestors shot, the press arrested, and religions taxed. It’s legal as long as Congress doesn’t create a law permitting it.

Nothing in there says he can't jump into an active volcano and I would really like for him to explore this gray zone.
