Super easy. Half fill with water and activate cook function. When the machine switches to keep warm, add salt/vinegar to the water, then swirl the water and add the eggs. Make toast. By the time that's done, the eggs are ready and can be removed with a slotted spoon onto the hot toast. Might have to experiment a bit for the perfect timing that you like.
