While I appreciate the sentiment, it's easier said than done. Depression caused by ADHD is a real thing and I'm sure that's why so many members here can relate to this image.

Yes, I'm currently struggling with that myself. I'm not saying it's not relatable, I'm just saying it's at least one step too far from funny, you know...?

Anyway... It's just my point of view.

I find joking about my depression in the form of memes helps me. not totally pushing it away and acting like its not important but making it lighter helps for me
