I really like 00 personally, from a design perspective and because the kits tend to hold up really well as Real Grades, though I wish desperately for them to make RG kits for Iron Blooded Orphans, they brought on Naohiro Washio for that series, he did a lot of Armored Core designs.
If you ever get into RG, I'd say the best kit in terms of build quality and being mostly able to just snap it together without a lot of sanding, is RX-93 Nu or Hi Nu, but they are huge kits that take a long time
